Hello Again
Sorry for the long delay in posting. Been a little crazy the last few weeks. Writing today from my bro's house in Jersey. Gotta love the Thanksgiving Holiday. A wonderful time to get together with family and renew old bonds that don't get the attention they warrant during day to day life. We all watched the Syracuse game last night and were very disappointed with the outcome. Still though we'll all being going to the Garden for the consolation game vs Washington. Speaking of Cuse, what was up with that performance last night? Flynn seemed flat to me. Great effort out of Harris and some good things happened in the first half. Gotta give some credit to Ohio St....they hit the big 3's when they were open...we couldn't. Very impressed with OSU's big man.....he'll being playing in the NBA in the near future. Bottom line with 'Cuse....you don't want to drop 2 in a row this week....a nice game is needed on Friday to regain some mojo. The defense needs some work and defensive boards will be critical versus talented opponents so as to allow them to get out and run.
Just a comment on corporate America and the Holidays. Bosses, managers and owners think twice before making your employees work on days like Friday after Thanksgiving. You may get the all imporant extra day of work, but I just think you'll get more in the long run if you let folks have some time to travel to see family this time of year. Makes me sick to my stomach every time I hear "he/she has to work on Friday"......common now, we only live once and it's good spiritual and emotional upkeep for people to have the ability to go home for the Holidays. Just my opinion. Maybe I'll post later today.....enjoy your Turkey!
