Blog entry #2

Well, I guess you can't expect to be an overnite success, but I was hoping I'd catch at least a couple of hits on my first day :0).....oh well, Rome wasn't built in a day.  Gotta comment on the bugs at the Yankee/Indian game last night.  I've never seen anything like it in my life.  It obviously affected Joba.  Imagaine making your post season debut under all that pressure and you've got about 20 flying ants camping out on your neck!!  I thought they should have stopped the game as it was obviously affecting play.  Sure the Indians had to deal with it too, but still, is that any worse than playing in thick fog or mud?????  It's a shame that that effects the outcome after all of the time invested in making the playoffs.  Yes, I'm a Yankees fan.  boo Sox.  I did find it humorous that Arod got to spray the umps with bug spray though, and thought they should have played Phish's song "Bug" in between innings.  Am I the only nutjob that thinks up these things?? (part of the reason I started the blog, I guess..to share what I consider to be a unique and refreshing point of view with the world at large:0)  I also thought they should play clips of Jabba the Hutt's "ho, ho ho ho ho" from Return of the Jedi after Joba gets a strikeout at home!  You got it folks, I love Star Wars and am also a big fan of Phish.  They both take you to the other side, which I find interesting(most of the time)....as do great sporting events, a good Stephen King book, great music and an enlightened discussion of the things in life that really matter.

Seems like a good place to end today.....late
